The Best Labor Day Ever

Posted by: denissepangan on: May 2, 2009

After a tiring week, here comes the day I’ve been waiting for – holiday!

My morning started out fine, with the rest of my family spending their time somewhere (I love hanging out alone in the house). And of course, a chance to surf since I had no kaagaw in the computer.

I was meeting an old friend at 2 pm so I started out prepping up at past 12. When I got into our meeting place, she wasn’t there yet so I kept on bugging her on her phone to hurry. Anyway, it wasn’t really a long wait so my mood wasn’t messed up.

We reached ATC a little before 3 pm. Perfect timing, the movie, Wolverine, would start at 3:30 pm. We didn’t get the best seats but they weren’t bad.

When we entered the movie house, a Korean dude was sitting on our seat! And he was like pretending that he didn’t understand English when I was talking to him. Like I’m buying it! Koreans are here to learn English so I’m pretty sure he knew what I was talking about. Good thing though, he was with a girl who had enough sense not to pick a fight inside the cinema (yeah, I would keep on nudging them until they give us OUR seat… that’s why it’s called SURESEATS).

The movie was awesome! With the butt exposure of Hugh Jackman and the gorgeous arms of “Wade” (I can’t remember the actor’s name). *swoon* And of course, who wouldn’t miss Gambit? He’s just amazing in the movie… never thought he could be THAT cute on screen (the Gambit in comics and cartoons doesn’t seem to be so interesting).

After the movie, we headed to BF to get a massage at Sesitra Spa. It was definitely worth the bucks, not that it was expensive. It only cost us Php 350 plus tip. I will surely go back there after a few weeks.

I surely had the best holiday… looking forward to the next red calendar day… :)

You getting a massage!? I always thought you were the ticklish type. i bet the massage ‘agent’ had a very hard time massaging you.

I’m getting used to it now… Besides, it’s just a ride away from school… ;)
